Bill Summary

Reducing America's Destructive Atmospheric Risks Act or the RADAR Act This bill directs the Department of Commerce to: (1) maintain and operate at least one Doppler weather radar site within 55 miles of each state's capital city in the United States, and (2) ensure that each radar is available to the office of the National Weather Service that serves that city.
