North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016 TITLE I--INVESTIGATIONS, PROHIBITED CONDUCT, AND PENALTIES (Sec. 102) This bill requires the President to investigate any credible information of sanctionable activities by a person (individual or entity) involving North Korea.
