Bill Summary
Corn Ethanol Mandate Elimination Act of 2015 This bill amends the Clean Air Act to revise the renewable fuel program by eliminating the annual renewable fuel standard that requires 36 billion gallons of renewable fuel to be blended into transportation fuel by 2022. The bill would not affect the separate requirements for the following renewable fuels that are not corn starch ethanol: advanced biofuel, cellulosic biofuel, or biomass-based diesel.
