Duty to Report Sexual Assault Act of 2017 This bill amends the federal criminal code to impose criminal penalties—a fine, a prison term of up to six months, or both—on an owner or employee of a massage establishment who fails to report known or suspected sexual assault by an employee to an appropriate law enforcement agency.
