Reigning [sic] In of Governmental Hostility To Sovereignty at the CFPB Act of 2017 or the RIGHTS at the CFPB Act of 2017 This bill amends the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 to specify that a private party that is a party to an administrative proceeding brought by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau may compel the bureau to terminate the proceeding, in which case the bureau may bring a civil action for the same remedy.
