United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Authorization Act This bill amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to: (1) establish, by statute, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services within the Department of Homeland Security, and (2) and remove references to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services. The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 is amended to make E-Verify, which allows employers...
