Georgian Fair Business Practices Sanctions Act of 2017 This bill directs the President to periodically submit to Congress a report: (1) determining whether or not the government of Georgia is undermining commitments or contractual agreements made with U.S. business persons operating in Georgia, and (2) identifying current or former Georgian officials who are responsible for such actions.
