Marijuana Justice Act of 2018 This bill amends the Controlled Substances Act: to remove marijuana and tetrahydrocannabinols from schedule I; and to eliminate criminal penalties for an individual who imports, exports, manufactures, distributes, or possesses with intent to distribute marijuana.
