Bill Summary
Blue Line Use Exception Act of 2017 or the BLUE Act of 2017 This bill directs the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to grant an exception to Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices provisions relating to road line marking standards to allow for the use of colored markings in the space between longitudinal parallel lines for ceremonial or celebratory purposes if a state's transportation department approves of such use.
