Election Assistance Commission Termination Act This bill amends the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to terminate the Election Assistance Commission (EAC), including the EAC Standards Board and the EAC Board of Advisors. The Office of Management and Budget must perform EAC functions with respect to existing contracts and agreements and must wind up EAC affairs.
