Supporting Positive Outcomes After Release Act This bill prohibits a state Medicaid program from terminating an individual's medical assistance enrollment because the individual is incarcerated, if the individual was enrolled in medical assistance immediately before becoming an inmate or becomes eligible to enroll while an inmate. However, a state may still suspend an inmate's enrollment.
