Increasing the Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability to Veterans Act of 2017 (Sec. 2) This bill directs the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to conduct an annual performance plan for each political appointee that is similar to the plan conducted for career appointee Senior Executive Service employees.
