Foreign Agent Lobbying Transparency Enforcement Act This bill amends the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938 (FARA) to authorize the Department of Justice (DOJ) to impose graduated civil fines for multiple offenses under FARA by an individual who is an agent of a foreign principal.
