Medicare at 55 Act This bill amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to allow individuals aged 55 to 64 to buy into Medicare or Medicare Advantage. Such enrollees shall be entitled to Medicare hospital, medical, and prescription-drug benefits. The Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) must establish enrollment periods and determine monthly premiums with respect to such enrollees, as specified by the bill. Premium...
