Consolidating Losses Associated to Severe Storms Act of 2018 or the CLASS Act This bill treats state educational facilities on a campus damaged by a major disaster in 2016 and 2017 as a single facility for purposes of the reduction of assistance provisions of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act.
