Children Don't Belong on Tobacco Farms Act This bill redefines "oppressive child labor," for purposes of child labor prohibitions under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, to include the employment of any employee under age 18 who has direct contact with tobacco plants or dried tobacco leaves.
