Reduce Unemployment for Veterans of All Ages Act of 2019 This bill extends eligibility for the Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs by eliminating the 12-year time limitation on participation. Under the bill, any veteran with qualifying employment handicaps or service-connected disabilities is eligible to participate.
