Hemophilia SNF Access Act This bill includes certain treatments for hemophilia and other bleeding disorders as high-cost, low-probability ancillary services that may be paid for separately, rather than under the prospective payment (i.e., per diem) system for skilled nursing facilities, under Medicare.
