Pay Our Protectors Act of 2019 This bill provides continuing appropriations for the pay and allowances of certain employees of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) who are required to work without pay during a lapse in appropriations for FY2019. The bill applies to DHS and DOJ employees who are excepted employees or performing emergency work during a lapse in FY2019 appropriations. The employees must...
