Data Broker List Act of 2019 This bill establishes certain requirements for data brokers that obtain personal information about consumers for the sale to other businesses. Specifically, data brokers are prohibited from acquiring such brokered personal information through fraud or for specified illegal purposes, such as fraud, identity theft, or discrimination.
