Clean Energy Innovation and Deployment Act of 2021 This bill sets forth provisions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, including by establishing (1) a Clean Energy Deployment Administration within the Department of Energy; (2) a zero-emission electricity standard; and (3) incentives, such as tax credits and grants, to power companies for the accelerated deployment of 80% and 100% zero-emission electricity systems.
