Bill Summary
Student Veteran Work Study Modernization Act This bill expands eligibility for a Department of Veterans Affairs work-study allowance to individuals who are pursuing programs of rehabilitation, education, or training on at least a half-time basis. Currently, an individual must be at least a three-quarter-time student in order to be eligible for a work-study allowance.
