This resolution sets forth rules for consideration of H.R. 1836 (expanding eligibility for Post-9/11 GI Bill educational assistance) and rules for consideration of H.R. 4673 (providing for the automatic enrollment of eligible veterans in the Department of Veterans Affairs health care system). The resolution also amends H.Res. 188 (regarding certain procedural requirements in the House of Representatives).
