Bill Summary
This resolution sets forth rules for consideration of H.R. 5746 (to extend the authority of NASA to enter into leases of non-excess property) and a Senate amendment to that bill. The resolution also allows for consideration a motion that the House concur in the Senate amendment by replacing the text of the Senate amendment with the Freedom to Vote: John R. Lewis Act.
