Equal Pay for Team USA Act of 2021 This bill requires that all athletes representing the United States in international amateur athletic competitions receive equal compensation and benefits for their work, regardless of gender. Each national governing body for a sport must report annually on compliance with this requirement. The bill requires full compliance by January 31, 2022.
