Bloomberg, several of his New York City (NYC) Deputy Mayors, the NYC Commissioners of Investigation (i.e., Rose Gill Hearn), her Deputy, several senior Deputy NYC Human Resources Commissioners (including the one responsible for ACCO) and several other senior NYC executive branch officials (collectively all via the Office of the New York City Mayor), and current New York State Governor David A. Paterson and several other senior New York State (NYS) executive branch officials (all via the NYS Governor's Mansion) regarding the federally-funded Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) via the NYS Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) and subcontracted via the NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA) allegedly not helping, if not outright impeding, hurting the residents at and the house on 3905 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, New York 10308-3425 for at least two to three consecutive years by not okaying any heating assistance coming, if not otherwise wanting to go favorably in Mrs. Joan A. Schrammar-McCarthy and 3905 Hylan Boulevard's way, allegedly from a senior female NYC/NYS bureaucrat (according to direct verbal statements of the aforementioned Mrs. Schrammar-McCarthy and her accompanying/co-residing/tenant daughter Ms. Joal M. Schrammar). (pro bono lobbying)
  • As of October 26, 2009, late morning at around 09:24 AM, my firm terminated our relationships/ties to Mrs. Joan Aikman (A.) Schrammar-McCarthy due to her not reimbursing our firm's stated, stipulated et al. expenses & otherwise not paying us for services rendered since the inception of our representing her in all her various personal & professional capacities. Also, our principal separately terminated his ties (same day & time) also due to lack of any reimbursements & payments for individual svcs. he rendered.As of October 26, 2009, late morning at around 09:24 AM, my firm terminated our relationships/ties to Mrs. Joan Aikman (A.) Schrammar-McCarthy due to her not reimbursing our firm's stated, stipulated et al. expenses and otherwise not paying us for services rendered since the inception of our representing her in all her various personal and professional capacities. Also, our principal separately terminated his ties (same day and time) also due to lack of any reimbursements and payments for individual services he separately rendered. Also, due to our firm and principal temporarily moving into her house at 3905 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, New York 10308-3425 for all of two (2) consecutive weeks, we, by law and regulations, need and are entitled to at least 30 consecutive days to be able to moving our business belongings and the principal's belongings from her house to elsewhere when convenient and easier for all parties (i.e., the aforementioned Mrs. Schrammar-McCarthy and our firm and its principal) to do so and complete. We do regret our severing our ties and inconvenience resulting from such action. Thank you.
