Ensured food supply chain fully operational, ensured essential worker access to worksites and transportation. implemented homeschooling curricula nationwide to relieve pressure upon Dept Ed. Established PPE standards at Level B Hazmat at hospitals/clinics and for public hub (buses, trains, restaurants, public bathrooms, etc.) sanitation protocols to reduce the likelihood of infection recidivism.
  • Addressed federal budget deficits versus economic growth concerns as a result of COVID19 shutdown. Directed OMB and Treasury sell unused property assets >2yrs in disuse. DARPA to license tech IP to domestic US firms to raise capital to cover deficit shortfalls. Reopened TARP facilities to support corporates.
  • Provided guidance to convert artistic and musical public venue events to paid online streaming formats.
  • Designed and implemented individual, SBA PPP and other businesses related relief loans for national, regional, and local banks, credit unions etc. Provided additional guidance.
