• Support for implementation of the CHIPS And Science Act, Manufacturing workforce and topics related to supporting the construction of US foundry capacity. Semiconductor design incentives and related supports for the high skilled workforce that includes chip design. Congressional support for an amendment to the NDAA (Kelly #985) to streamline environmental review for CHIPS projects. This amendment is a revised version of the Building Chips in America Act (S. 2228).
• Congressional outreach to support passage of the "United States-Taiwan Expedited Double-Tax Relief Act" (H.R. 5988) as incorporated into the House passed H.R.7024 - Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act of 2024. Support for R&D Amortization fix and other research tax treatments that would improve the US competitiveness.

It can be tricky to figure out how much an organization spent on a particular lobbying engagement. The law only requires lobbyists to report the amount they were paid for federal lobbying each quarter rounded to the nearest $10,000—and if it's less than $3,000 in a given quarter (or less than $13,000 for organizations with in-house lobbyists), they don't have to disclose it at all.
