The Consultant shall raise awareness among key and relevant members of Congress and gain congressional support for the Plaintiffs in the case referenced as 8:24-cv-754, which is before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland Southern Division which pertains to the alleged use of federal funds by Children's National Hospital of Washington, D.C. to push transgender ideology on a vulnerable autistic child, and then pressuring and punishing the parents by denying access to their child since 2021 and told they needed to change their religion to regain custody.
