House Members Who Signed a Brief Asking the Supreme Court to Consider Overturning the Election
More than half of the House Republican Caucus in the 116th Congress signed an amicus brief asking the Supreme Court to allow a lawsuit filed by the state of Texas seeking to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin — swing states where former Vice President Joe Biden defeated President Donald Trump.
