"As a strong supporter of the 1st Amendment and innovation, Rep. Manzullo is extremely concerned that the current language in the SOPA and PIPA bills would allow possible infringement of free speech, and he opposes both H.R. 3261 (Stop Online Piracy Act) and S. 968 (Protect IP Act)."
