| Cashless exercise of Palantir stock options See Endnote | $1M - $5M | Sale, 2025-05-09
| On 05/09/25, during a pre-scheduled window within which former Palantir employees are permitted to sell Palantir shares and exercise Palantir stock options, my wife instructed her brokerage firm to execute a cashless exercise of some of her Palantir stock options. Also on 05/09, the brokerage firm executed the cashless exercise per her instruction by (1) exercising the specified Palantir stock options, and then (2) immediately selling the Palantir shares it had just purchased in exercising those options. The total value of each of the following was between $1,000,001 and $5,000,000 at the relevant times on 05/09: (1) the exercised Palantir stock options at time of exercise; (2) the Palantir shares purchased through that exercise (purchase transaction value); (3) and the sale of those just-purchased Palantir shares (sale transaction value). | 1 |
