On 6/3/2011, Treasury completed the sale of all Whitney Holding Corporation preferred stock and the related warrant held by Treasury to Hancock Holding Company ("HHC") for an aggregate purchase price equal to (i) the par amount of the preferred stock ($300,000,000) plus accrued and unpaid dividends thereon and (ii) $6,900,000 for the warrant, pursuant to the terms of the agreement between Treasury and HHC entered into on 6/3/2011.

On 2/18/11, Treasury completed the exchange of its $135,000,000 of Preferred Stock (including accrued and unpaid dividends thereon) in Central Pacific Financial Corp.for not less than 5,620,117 shares of common stock, pursuant to an exchange agreement dated 2/17/2011. On 06/22/2011, Treasury completed the sale of 2,850,000 shares of common stock at $12.590625 per share (which represents the $12.75 public offering price less underwriting discounts) for net proceeds of $35,883,281.25 pursuant to an underwriting agreement executed on 06/17/2011.

On 6/30/2011, Treasury completed the sale of all Cascade Financial Corporation Preferred Stock held by Treasury and the related Warrant to Opus Acquisition, Inc. ("Opus") for an aggregate purchase price of $16,250,000.00, pursuant to the terms of the agreement between Treasury and Opus entered into on 06/28/2011.
