Project Description

On May 13, 2009, AAF and ten suicide bombers attacked two municipal buildings in Khost City. During the attack and resulting SAF event multiple ANSF were injured and killed. This project will make hero payments to the ANSF members WIA and to the Next of Kin of the ANSF members KIA. The following ABP were WIA/KIA: Hazrap Wali (KIA), Gulmer Jan (WIA), Milat Khan (WIA), and Razmat Gul (WIA). The following ANP were WIA/KIA: Chamtu (KIA) and Rahmadullah (WIA). The following ANA were WIA/KIA: Atiqullah (KIA), Mohammad Yaqub (KIA), Baqir (KIA), and Khidaidad (WIA). The total number of ANSF WIA is 5 while there were 5 KIA in the event.

Project Goals

Payment should be paid in the amount of $2,500 for the KIA and $1,500.00 for the WIA. The total condolence payment will be $20,000.00.

1. A payment of $2,500 will be made to the relatives of Hazrap Wali (ABP).

2. A payment of $2,500 will be made to the relatives of Chamtu (ANP). 

3. A payment of $1,500 will be made to Gulmer Jan (ABP).

4. A payment of $1,500 will be made to Razmat Gul (ABP).

5. A payment of $1,500 will be made to Rahmadullah (ANP).

6. A payment of $1,500 will be made to Milat Khan (ABP).

7. A payment of $2,500 will be made to the relatives of Atiqullah, s/o Khan Mohammad.

8. A payment of $2,500 will be made to the relatives of Mohammad Yaqub, s/o Haider.

9. A payment of $2,500 will be made to the relatives of Baqir, s/o Mohammad Hussin.

10. A payment of $1,500 will be made to Khudaidad, s/o Sakhidad.

These payments will be presented by the Khost Governor.
