Forest

Forest Laboratories was acquired in July 2014 by Dublin, Ireland-based drugmaker Actavis. In September 2010, one of its subsidiaries, Forest Pharmaceuticals, pleaded guilty and agreed to pay $313 million related to a host of misconduct allegations involving three drugs.

Forest Laboratories began reporting payments for consulting, speaking, meals, travel and educational items as of January 2012. It also reports research payments in a separate report.
