Texas Southmost College (TSC)
I submitted intent to serve as an evaluator for an NSF grant. Upon the receipt of the 21st Century grant (TSC), TSC would like to sign a contract with me.
I have not yet signed anything with TSC regarding serving as an evaluator for this grant so I have not started working with them yet. However, I believe the grant has started on October 1, 2018. none The activity (of evaluating the project of 21st century skills for TSC's schools) does not appear to create any conflict of interest. I was trained and am familiar wtih evaluating projects and programs. I do not intend to use any of my UTRGV regular work time to evaluate the project and therefore there's no conflict of commitment observed.
