Weslaco ISD
Weslaco ISD invited me to give a one-day talk / professional development session for the district's After-School program coordinators and parental coordinators. They provided stipend. The type is similar to seminar/ lecture, consulting, and professional services.
That was the one-day lecture (8 hours) that I gave for WISD. none Pre-tax, in a form of a check. Received on Oct 10, 2018. I gave a talk/ lecture on Saturday September 22, 2018 about educational positive psychology, resilience, and our Hispanic students. Though this is my area of expertise, I was merely sharing some of the research findings and discussing with participants what we may do to help. Providing this talk does not appear to create any conflict of interest.
