Heartflow: The research is intended to compare diagnostic accuracy of non-invasive testing by coronary Computed Tomographic angiograms or Myocardial Perfusion Imaging. HeartFlow is the only FDA cleared FFRCT product. The Cornell University conflicts in research policy, a significant financial interest exists when an investigator or his or her family holds any equity interest. Dr. Min has (b)(4) stock options equity in HeartFlow, a nonpublicly traded company. HeartFlow's software that employs computational methods to determine coronary flow, velocity and pressure from typically acquired computed tomography scans is being used in this study. If, in the course of the research, computational appraisal of coronary flow, pressure and velocity are deemed to be clinically useful, these findings may inform investigators as to the clinical utility and hence, subsequently the value of this company which creates a financial conflict of interest.

MDDX: MDDX provides services to perform research applications and solutions for clinical trials and performs imaging informatics to facilitate the management of multicenter, international clinical trials in the Weill Cornell Dalio Institute of Cardiovascular Imaging. MDDX is a nonpublicly traded entity. Dr. James Min is the co-founder of MDDX with (b)(4) ownership and he is also the director of the Dalio Institute. Dr. Min is using MDDX's services for this research project. While MDDX's services are not the subject of the research, it is providing services to facilitate the performance of the research such as de-identifying data and could be seen as affecting the conduct of the research creating a perceived conflict of interest for Dr. Min.
