In planning the 2012 Democratic National Convention, we set out to find ways to include more Americans, and to be creative about it.

I'm really excited about this year's Democratic convention in Charlotte -- there's nothing I love more than feeling the energy when tens of thousands of fired up Democrats meet in one place.

We can expect some pretty big moments this year -- from Elizabeth Warren's and President Bill Clinton's speeches to watching Vice President Biden and President Obama bring it all home.
