Veteran A received his rating notification letter, and his rating decision. Attached to the back of his rating decision was the front page to Veteran Bs rating decision which contained Veteran Bs SSN, military service dates, decision, evidence used, first, and last name. Veteran A returned the document to the Regional Office of Jurisdiction (ROJ).
Outcome:
12/02/14: The Incident Resolution Service Team has determined that Veteran B will be sent a letter offering credit protection services.
