Veteran A received a notification letter and attached to his letter was a ratings decision that belongs to Veteran B. The rating decision contained Veteran B's, SSN, Full Name, Medical condition, Diagnostics, military service and branch of service. Veteran returned to the ratings decision to ROJ.
Outcome:
06/23/14: The Incident Resolution Service Team has determined that Veteran B will be sent a letter offering credit protection services.
