Veteran A received Veteran B's award print out, which contains the following information: Veteran B's Branch of service, EOD, RAD, Char Discharge, Bank account number, routing number, Banks name, DOB, Gender, retirement pay amount, SSN and award amount. In addition to that, his dependent information was also included, which contain the following information: Spouses first, last name, and her SSN. Two dependent kids first, last name, and SSN. The document was mailed to the Phoenix VA Regional Office.
Outcome:
12/23/13: One Veteran and his spouse will be sent a letter offering credit protection services. The minor children will be offered web crawling services.
