Veteran A called to report that when he received his appointment letter in the mail, there were two other appointment letters for Veterans B and C in the envelope with his. The letter contained full ssn, full name, and addresss of Veteran B and C. Update: 10/26/11:Veteran B and C will be sent a letter offering credit protection services.
Outcome:
Supervisor counseled MSA clerk being more careful when stuffing envelopes.
