Veteran A received her 5103 Notification letter. Attached to her letter was a generated award that belong to Veteran B. The award contained Veteran B's full name, Full SSN, address, service dates, DOB, payment address, branch of service and his benefit amount. Veteran A returned information to the Regional Office in Seattle.
Outcome:
11/18/14: The Incident Resolution Service Team has determined that Veteran B will be sent a letter offering credit protection services.
