Male Veteran was discharged on April 10, 2014; He was looking thru his discharge paper work provided by the hospital and realized one sheet belonged to another Veteran. He contacted the staff and returned the document on Friday, April 11, 2014.
Outcome:
04/14/14: The Incident Resolution Team has determined that the Veteran will be sent a letter offering credit protection services.
