A Veteran returned a 2 page appointment printout from the Dental Clinic to the Lab Chief after finding the papers in the women's handicapped bathroom in between the Dental Clinic and Lab, 1st floor Bldg. 100. Pages contained appointments for Monday, 12/15/14 with 8 Veterans listed.
Outcome:
12/15/14: The Incident Resolution Service Team has determined that eight Veterans will be sent letters offering credit protection services.
