Patient's personal belongings went home with another patient's family. This included his wallet with credit card and drivers license.
Outcome:
07/31/13: The patient will receive a letter offering credit protection services. 08/05/13: The patient is deceased. There is no next of kin (NOK) but there is a court appointmed estate lawyer who is settling out the estate. The lawyer will be sent the NOK letter.
