A Civilian reported via phone call on 01/13/15 that he received a letter from the Dorn VA regarding a Veteran that does not and has never lived at the address listed on the letter. The Civilian states that he has lived at that address for 30 years. The mail was sent to the Dorn Privacy Officer (PO) and was received on 02/05/15.
Outcome:
02/05/15: The Incident Resolution Service Team has determined that Veteran A will be sent a notification letter.
