@CNNPolitics “mass testing”‘isn’t needed - it’s impractical. Random sampling, approriate sample size, account for a handful of other factors ( geography, age, profession, travel, etc), sprinkle in a few folks from Dietrich to run it - give results to the task force and governors and lez go.
