Today, members of my staff were in attendance for a bison release at Spring Lake Park Reserve Bison Prairie. It’s amazing to see native biodiversity reintroduced to the land and the great efforts of the Dakota County Park System! https://t.co/ffOFDMtCMw
A 4-year college degree isn’t for everyone. In fact our own son Josh declined that route to become a machinist. That’s why I’ve fought to support trade and technical education and to secure funding for @DCTC. A good-paying job does not have to come with a ton of student debt. https://t.co/byKCg8O48G
During my second term, I: ✅Passed my bill to cap insulin copays for seniors on Medicare ✅Helped close the ACA “Family Glitch” ✅Passed a bill to fund our police departments ✅Ranked in the top 3% most bipartisan members of Congress And I'm ready to build on that progress.
Last year, we passed the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to: Provide affordable internet to 860,000 MN households Make 661 bridges and 4,980 miles of highway safer for MN drivers Improve & expand MN public transit But according to @KistnerCongress, it’s “wasteful.”
RT @mattdelong: Cook Political Report continues to list four U.S. House races in Minnesota as toss-ups: Two open seats currently held by Democrats (#MN01 and #MN08) and two held by Republicans seeking re-election (#MN02 and #MN03) https://t.co/7CwLQW7zJX
@KistnerCongress has been trying his hardest to position himself as the boy next door. Then he takes campaign money from someone who literally argued against women having the right to vote. We cannot trust him to defend our rights in Congress. https://t.co/Am2wrsQwyk
We’re with the Minneapolis Regional Labor Federation as they get ready to knock some doors this morning – a big thank you to everyone who brought their organizing energy today! https://t.co/JYT7VFQ7Y1
First up, Woodbury Thanks to everyone who joined us today to make sure voters know what is at stake this election! https://t.co/T3zNhihDNc
Great to see the Operating Engineers Pathway program in action today in Rosemount and meet the next generation of workers right here in #MN02. Thanks to IOUE Local 49 and @amesconstrn for a great visit. https://t.co/BjNVlW344t
Spent the afternoon with students at @StOlaf and @Carleton to hear about why they’re voting in November. Thank you for welcoming me back to campus! https://t.co/spomnzoed6
You never know who you’ll run into in West St. Paul! So great to see @reprickhansen and Emily, the owner of @AmoreWsp – thank you for the coffee. https://t.co/3qTkP6Vxmm
People all across #MN02 rely on broadband to make a living, get an education and access telehealth. I’m proud to have passed the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which will provide billions in broadband funding to help keep MN communities connected. https://t.co/vjfUrDPEhK
Excited for Booya Day in South St. Paul this Saturday! See you there, @reprickhansen. QT @reprickhansen: Reminder: World Championship Booya Cookoff this Saturday, October 1. At least 10 teams cooking ✅🇺🇸. See you Satur… https://t.co/jom76Euyf8)
The GOP’s national abortion ban will ban most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy and criminalize doctors who provide abortion care in all 50 states, including Minnesota. And @KistnerCongress has already pledged to support additional abortion restrictions if he is elected.
We’ve got Irish music, beer and dancing right here in #MN02!. The Halfway to St. Paddy’s Day festival in Kilkenny this weekend was an absolute blast. https://t.co/T4iMYBMgDB
@MNFarmBureau sure puts out a good breakfast spread! Thanks for having me at Breakfast on the Farm today. It’s my honor to serve on the House Ag Committee and fight for Minnesota’s family farmers. https://t.co/SjTocRJ6WE
It was great to see so many volunteers ready to knock doors in Cottage Grove today with the St. Paul Regional Labor Federation! Thank you for everything you do. https://t.co/zhkIVeCcqn
@LeaderSchumer No one should be forced to ration or go without a life-sustaining drug like insulin due to the cost.
Thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act, insulin copays will soon be capped at $35/month for folks on Medicare. Now I’m calling on @LeaderSchumer to finish what the House started and bring up a vote to cap insulin copays at $35 for all types of insurance. https://t.co/HWVkRjQPPb
